We want you to love your Maoi swim pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene stickers are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
